ch 13 question

hi I am in a bind… my car was repossessed last week and I did an emergency “skeleton” chapter 13 filing. I was given the car back and am not sure how to proceed. What happens if I just continue paying the lender instead of going forward with the rest of the chapter 13 process? I need the car for work, it is a commercial vehicle used for livery (limo) purposes. can I just continue making payments or do I have to complete the ch 13 to keep the car? will the bank try to repo the car again if I pay them directly?
thanks for your time

Speak to a credit counselor to help figure out whether or not you will be able to continue paying or whether or not you are really in trouble. If filing Chapter 13 was just a stalling tactic to delay the inevitable, you need more help than just another week or two with the car. Then, speak to an attorney about following through with or dropping the Chapter 13.

Real-life medical and legal questions belong in IMHO. Moved from General Questios.

Maybe a title change too. I thought this was about my local PBS station.
