One could say that illegal immigrants are criminal by definition; they broke the law by entering the country.
But if one said that, one would be incorrect.
Most people who have entered the country illegally have not committed a crime. Not every law is a criminal law.
In addition to what Richard Parker said, a considerable number of “illegal immigrants” entered the country perfectly legally and then overstayed their allowed time period.
What type of law is illegally crossing the boarder?
Thanks. ![]()

**Emory president does his own chalking:
‘EMORY STANDS FOR FREE EXPRESSION!’**
*Emory University President James Wagner wrote his own chalk message on the sidewalk after his administration promised student activists that whoever was behind “Trump 2016” chalkings around the campus would “go through the conduct violation process.”
Perhaps realizing that his pledge to identify “social justice opportunities and issues” in response to purely political speech smacked of speech-chilling, Wagner wrote “EMORY STANDS FOR FREE EXPRESSION” on the ground at a Young Americans for Liberty tabling event last week. (The video was posted by the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education today.)*
As an aside, is the articles “FAKE pic with the red line thru it” supposed to be related to the article? After all, there is a video of the president chaulking the sidewalk. According to the properties of the jpg, it comes from -

Did someone hack the site?

here is the proper response:
- are you a student here? If yes go to 2. If no, tell person to go away.
- is your tuition paid up? If yes go to 3. If no, tell person to go away.
- have a nice day, and go away.

That’s my favorite part. You’re all a bunch of whiners, so we’re going on vacation. ![]()
