Challenge us with a non-famous line from a movie

“If I don’t come back alive, remember…you’re the one who made me come.”

I’m not here for cigarettes or bubble gum, my boy.

Robert Preston as Centauri in The Last Starfighter, a very underrated movie.

Another from the same movie:

“Civilization, and syphilization, have advanced together.”

Bram Stoker’s Dracula

Got it!

It makes me sad that society never picked up the quote farm that this movie is. So much great dialog!

““Remember my friend, that knowledge is stronger than memory, and we should not trust the weaker”"

“Despair has its own calms.”

“Loneliness will sit over our roofs with brooding wings.”

“Doctor, you don’t know what it is to doubt everything, even yourself. No, you don’t; you couldn’t with eyebrows like yours.”

There are just hundreds of them. . .

I am going to put this in the trash!

This is from Wavelength, an obscure 80’s sci-fi with Carradine, Keenan Wynn and a post Runaways Cheri Currie. A product of its time, to be sure, but worth a look.
Bing Videos

“Curse you, tiny toilet!!”

That’s from Despicable Me.

“He who saves his country does not violate any law”.

Nixon? Trump?

Not in this case.

“Sorry, chief. I fucked up.”
“Forget it, kid. This guy’s a real asshole.”

Is that from Die Hard 2?

Sorry, I’m afraid not.

I’ll give you a clue: The movie came out in 1970, and was not a success—It was too long. But it did star two very famous actors. (I watched the whole thing this past weekend on YouTube.)

Robocop?

“Well, you buy a hat like this I bet you get a free bowl of soup, huh?”

Correct.
