It sounds familiar, but all I can come up with are similar lines in Stripes and L.A. Story.
I did consider that possibility, but wasn’t sure enough to submit it. It did make me think of knockers, though, but I think of them all the time. 
It is neither of those, but is preceded shortly before by the line from the same character:
