I’ll give you a clue: It’s the kind of movie you might have seen in class when you were in fifth or sixth grade (in the USA), which is where I saw it. The line is spoken just before a certain historic event.
I’ll make my best guess:
Denzel Washington as Malcolm in Malcolm X?
I haven’t seen Malcolm X, but I don’t think it’s a Disney film. 
The actor is someone who makes people of my generation say “Oh, hey, it’s that guy!”
