Challenge us with a non-famous line from a movie

Princess Bride?

“War! Its Fannntastic!”

Older movie.

Little Big Man, though as I remember it “Some days…”

Yes…i knew i’d heard it before. Damnit.

I use “Those aint women and children, General. And this aint the Washita River.” All the time these days.

Tea and Sympathy.

“NOTHING WHATEVER?!”
“NOTHING WHATEVER!”
"THAT’S VERY IMPORTANT!
Jury, write that down."

That’s from Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland. There have been several versions, but the 1951 Disney version is actually more faithful than most in its use of the dialogue than the others (even if they didn’t use anything like Tenniel’s drawings, which is what most people remember), so I’ll go with that one.

“The Chinese Victory March!”

Right, the '51 version is what I had in mind.

“That’s a very nice hat.”
“YOU LIKE IT?”

Uhh, perhaps, but I was thinking of Bull Durham.

Harlem Nights

Best fanboy written film ever.

“Now, there’s two ways out of this place. You can go out the window, or take the stairs.”

(Austrian accent) “He’s using trees!

You had me second guessing. Your way almost sounded better.

I love the Chief’s response when Dustin Hoffman’s character tells him he’s still in this world.

I’m hearing John Wayne’s voice.

Just Swallow it.

hehe! That does sound like John Wayne, but no.

^Rats!

“A man’s got to know his limitations.”
