Before we get too impressed by their sudden rush of conscientious objections, I’d like an explanation about WHAT THE FUCK were these organizations doing booking their events at a Trump property to begin with?

These groups have likely been doing this there for many years, and Trump was just one more rich, pretentious arse in Palm Beach to flatter into donating. It’s a small area and there are really only two venues there available for a large function.

Flattered or not, Trump donates predominantly if not exclusively to the Me Fund.
That said, the underlying point that these events were planned long before Orangeanus became a cancer upon the Republic is true enough.
That orange imbecile has been peddling his racist birther bullshit since 2012. I think they had plenty of notice/reasons to book alternative venues.
But now, it’s public knowledge and people know how toxic he REALLY is. They can’t feign ignorance anymore.
