Cheapish earbuds with decent bass?

I’d like a pair for the gym. I’m currently using a pair of on-the-ear headphones, but it’s been brought to my attention that they leak sound. Erk.

So is there such a thing as earbuds, in the <$20 range, that have any bass at all? Do you have a pair? Linky link?

Here’s a thread from last year that you may want to look at: Best-sounding earbuds, only $12? But I don’t think anyone in that thread specifically mentions bass; and its OP refers to audiobooks, for which bass isn’t really an issue. The article that its OP links to does, however, make some mention of bass, and if you read far enough, it recommends the $39 Urban Ears Kransen as an alternative to the main recommendation for people wanting heavy bass.
