This will really make my route to work quicker and safer.

There’s a major road I follow when I bike to work - three lanes traffic plus a bike lane in each direction. Except the bike lane just ends…no where near an intersection…it just… stops.

York Region is good in that many of the rural roads have half-paved shoulders that serve as dandy bike lanes. In-town streets, not so much. You take your life in your hands, though, on the provincial highways: no such paved shoulders, and a lot faster traffic.
