So, after going through the labyrinth that is the various websites for illinois medicaid, and being told by a recorded message “Sorry, we’re real busy, call back some other day,” I figured I’d ask around here and see if anyone has any information.
I’m a medicaid recipient, and I find myself in the position of needing glasses for the first time in my life. My optomotrist said there’s a list… Somewhere… Of places in the 'burbs that take medicaid payment for eyewear, but I’ll be damned if I can find it. If anyone has any information that might point me the right way, I’d consider it really helpful!
