Question for frequent vindaloo eaters: Curry Express (which closed years ago and was just down the block from me) used boneless chicken in their vindaloo. Addy’s Tandoor Grill (where my latest meal came from) has big chunks of chicken with the bone in. The place near where I work does not have bones. Do most places where you eat chicken vindaloo use bone-in, or bonless chicken?
Thinking about moving… I plan to move to Bellingham/Ferndale/Birch Bay, WA. I wonder if there are any Indian restaurants there? If not, I guess there’s always Vancouver, B.C. “Why are you coming to Canada?” “I want some Indian food.” (And there’s plenty of Vietnamese food there too!
