Movie made in China. Man finds a baby at a bus stop, violin has been left with the baby. Man raises boy. Boy grows up, plays violin.

Together. I vaguely remember seeing it, although some parts of the plot seem more familiar to me than others. Maybe I only saw part of it on T.V. or something.
