How long before the court rules on Trump’s appeal here? Given that there was only half an hour of arguments, I can’t imagine there are any complicated legal issues here.
That’s a good question Odesio. I’ve looked for the next date but not seen it yet. I was wondering where Trump got a stat for his little speech yesterday that only 4% of lower Manhattan are Republicans . That’s some imagination he’s got.

That’s not unusual. Typically each side gets 10, 15, or 20 minutes to argue. A decision could be as fast as 3 weeks or as slow as 6 or 8 months. I’d guess 60 days. Or a little more to be past Election Day

The panel ruled Monday that the judge’s decision to allow the jury to hear that evidence was proper and that “the district court did not abuse its discretion in making any of the challenged evidentiary rulings.”

of course this is first appeal for the 5 million. the 83.3 million is still to go. the 5 million should make its way to ms carroll with alacrity as the amount is being held in escrow.
I assume they’ll try a cert petition to the US Supreme Court. Odds are against it working, but the effort will delay things 6 to 9 months.

This NY Times (gift) article explains why. He re-truthed something that said “Should a woman go to jail for falsely accusing a man for rape” and it included a picture of Carroll.
Lets hope he gets sued again for that, and this time it costs him a billion.
