Class Action Suits Against MSN

My ISP (MSN) provides the worst imaginable service. Were I not living in the countryside, I would get DSL or cable modem in a heartbeat.

How can I find out if an attorney somewhere is trying to assemble a class action suit against MSN? In fact, is there a central clearinghouse, if you will, to advise potential claimants re: class action suits?

Why do you feel that you have to get your dialup service from MSN? There are probably dozens of ISPs in your area that you could move to instead. Try Earthlink, or AT&T, or even better, try one of the fine independent, local ISPs in your area.

Use any ISP you want, but please, please stop using MSN. You’re only making Bill Gates richer.
