In another thread, he argued that of COURSE he has a problem with gays because he’s a JW and believes in the Bible. In this one, he demands to know how CLee can assume all JWs have a problem with gays. OMIGOD, HOW WOULD YOU KNOW, CLEEEEEEEE?
In yet another thread, gosh, he was just so sorry to hear that a member’s mother had been shunned. He was so sorry that happened! And then he turned around and said how effective shunning was.
He defends himself by pointing to the doctrine (he just has no choice!) then defends the doctrine by claiming they are all individuals (how can you possibly say we’re all homophobes!)
It probably works on some audiences. He’s certainly not the first religious person I’ve seen trying to spin that one.

No. Because no matter what good you and your cult may or may not do, you kill your children. That outweighs it all. And, it’s utterly wrong according to the bible you claim to follow. There are at least two parts in it where, even if you think you’ve been commanded to kill a child, even by god himself, it’s wrong to do it. One is Solomon commanding the women to fight over the baby, and the other is god commanding Abraham to sacrifice his son.
And that’s evil old testament god as well.
You don’t do it accidentally. You know it happens, and you support it. I’ve read the threads where you support the refusal of blood, and where you support shunning - or as we in the real world call it, bullying. At best, you may have never considered the consequences of your actions, and those of your cult leaders. Well, do so now. If it takes you longer than, say, 5 minutes to realise that they are unadulterated evil, then you are, as I said before, scum.
