CNN's Carol Lin: What is wrong with your back!?!?

Annoying… yes.
Petty… definately, yet I feel the need to post this to the Pit.

Carol Lin is a news anchor for CNN. I was watching her tonight on “CNN Saturday Night” and noticed something about her was not quite right. The more I watched, the more it kept nagging at me. Then when I saw her interviewing somone it hit me. There was her interview subject, sitting up straight, and there she was, leaning to her right… quite a bit as a matter of fact… and I’m finding it quite annoying. So annoying that I can hardly conentrate on the story she is reporting on.

Why could she be doing this? Perhaps it is some injury from her old High School cheerleading days. If so, one would think CNN would be able to afford a special orthopedic chair for her. Or perhaps her chair is broken. Even then CNN should still be able to pick up the tab on a new chair. Could she just be a little too concious of the camera? If so, then get thee to some acting lessons, Carol. Come on! Sit up straight like all the other news anchors!

So, you think pitting someone because she may have a physical defect is the way to go?

Petty is right. They forgot to tell her how you wanted her to sit on tv before the camera sstarted. Bet they won’t try that again.

A CNN anchor that leans to the right, nothing could be more natural.

Beats that Brit Hume tool on Fox News - he leans forward so far I keep thinking he’s going to fall over the desk.

Maybe she has scoliosis?

Or maybe she just needed to fart.

Maybe her interviewing mentor was Gore Vidal?

Pretty lame pitting, however.

I’m pretty sure that Carol Lin is free of physical defects. Rawr.

For awhile I was puzzled why Charles Krauthammer sits so oddly when he’s on Fox News, then I realized the man is paralyzed.

Maybe she had a hemorrhoid. Whatever.

You know who’s even worse? Stephen Hawking. Sit up straight motherfucker! Slouching bitch.

Heh, nice one.

Wow. And we wonder why news outlets these days seem obsessed with appearances over substance.

Butt implant on one side, saving up for a down payment on the other.

Maybe she was leaning to avoid the glare from a studio spotlight.

Maybe someone put a pea under her cushion to see if she was a real… ummm… anchorprincess.

I just saw that in the NY Times this weekend. Now I feel bad about hating so much.

Move over, Larry. I’ve had a thing for that gal since shortly after 9/11. She helped get me through that day and I’ll always be grateful.

She was just sore after last night…

Maybe she had the arm rest down on the right side, and was just leaning…her krew does that.
