Coach fired for winning attitude

This is probably not Pit material, unless somebody decides to ramp it up, but it’s one of those head-shaking moments when reading the paper this morning. This high school girls basketball coach fired after he refused to apologize for beating another team 100-0. Now, I think somebody should have decided to call the game early on, but the guy was not really doing anything wrong by letting his team play to their capacity.

The school says that the win was not “Christlike”. Apparently, Jesus played point guard for the Holy Cross Nailers. :rolleyes:

We’re missing an important detail here. Did the coach put in the scrubs as soon as the game got out of hand (like 3 minutes into the first half) or did he play the starting five throughout the game to let them run up their individual totals?
