I agree. I wouldn’t be too upset if I had to wait an inning for a baseball game. Still, I don’t know why they would do such a thing.
The major problem was that they played the 6th inning twice! Then somebody finally caught the problem and they skipped from the bottom of the 7th to the bottom of the 8th with no notice.

Also, a delay in watching a sporting event can lead to disappointment if you find out the score (either the final score, or a progress score) before you get to watch the game. Happened to me during this year’s World Cup Rugby. I had plans to watch a recorded version of Australia’s quarter-final game against England, but i completely spaced out on the time difference and logged onto a news website to be greeted with “England beats Australia.” :smack:
TWC recently shuffled all the channels around. They put FOX News, a channel I avoid, on the place that Sci-Fi channel used to hold.
So now out of habit, I dial in 44 to see what’s on Sci-Fi and get Greta Van Suckmyballs. ARRARRRRRRGGGHH!
I don’t have to deal with them for a while - thank og - but something that pissed me off was the moving of the Ohio News Network. I watched it while I was at work, were we had basic cable + some channels. They moved it up into the 100’s and I could watch it at home on digital cable no problem. The next night at work, there was a problem. They moved it, but replaced it with a red screen that said “ONN is now channel ___” and that was all.
Damn people moving my news.
