I want to sign up my SO for a coffee club next year as an xmas gift, but I’m clueless to all things java related (unless you’re talking about the programming language! 
) Anyone have any suggestions? I took a gander at a few places so far Gevalia, DeanDeluca. Thing is I have no idea about the quality of this stuff. All I know is that she likes whole beans, she likes to grind them.

I can’t even believe you’ve posted this! Kauai Coffee is my favorite coffee in the whole wide world! I’m partial to the Yellow Catuai (the lighter of the two roasts) I usually buy a ton when we go visit. I highly recommend this coffee!

We’ve gotten them from Green Mountain in the past and are currently getting coffee from Bocca Java. We started out with Gevalia, but unless they’ve changed something, they made it rather difficult to rotate the coffee.
For instance, we were on a “tour” of European coffehouses. Each shipment would be coffee that represented a different country, France, Italy, Spain, etc. This worked well for several rotations.
Well, one shipment, we got the same shipment as the previous one. When I called, they said that to simplify things, they wouldn’t be rotating the shipments anymore. You would get the same coffee until you called to change it. Quite frankly, that was too much trouble and we cancelled the service, especially since we were used to the rotation.
