Coin Question

I found a foreign coin today, and I’m not certain where it comes from (yes, I know, the mint :D, but who’s?). I’m thinking it must be Morroccan, but I dunno, as there’s nothing specific on it to indicate such.

On the face of the coin is some Arabic writing, what looks to be an Islamic influenced lighthouse on top of an arcade, with a couple of plants/trees/branches on either side of what appears to be a ramp or stairs, with what looks to be an “R” inside of a “C”.

On the obverse of the coin is a crescent moon with four stars going from point to point (of the moon). It says, “50 francs Banque Centrale Des Comores.” The date on the coin is 1994.

Obviously it must be from someplace with French and Islamic influence, but where? The coin must have a pretty heavy iron content as it was stuck to a magnent when I found it.
