Come visit, it’ll put you all over the rest of the competition. Although, the parents new cabin has propane lights and a hand pump in the kitchen - the hand pump brings up water from 45 gallon drums in the basement.
Privy’s still outdoors, though. The thought of earth closets and composting toilets indoors seems far too unsanitary for the folks so far.
If you want real deprivation, though, I bet Jaques would lend us his line shack…
