I will be watching for decisions on rooming…I have lots of family in the LA area and could stay at a relative’s house if necessary, but based on past experience, I think that rooming with Dopers would probably more fun.

The Trash lands at approximately 14:00 PST (that’s 2:00PM to you non-ferriners). By the time they get through immmigration, though, I fully expect it’ll be after 3:00PM. I will, of course, be there with bells on to greet them, and anyone arriving earlier is more than welcome to join me at their arrival gate in the Tom Bradley International terminal (which is in the center of the horseshoe that is LAX).

I have no idea what my plans for life are come October - I have this idea that that’s about my time-frame for moving back east - and I have no idea what my fiduciary situation will be like at the time, but if I am able, I’ll certainly be willing.
