I must admit that I’ve completely skipped over the second page of this, and apologize if this has already been answered, but I wanted to ask a couple questions:

County, you state that collective bargaining is our National policy, but did you fail to notice that the OP of the thread this was started in reference to was located in Canada?

Also, while I don’t disagree that union representation is guaranteed for federal workers, the job in question was in the private sector, and is not required to have union organization?

Just what the fuck does your affiliation with a union have to do with anything in that thread whatsoever?
