For me, I use cologne because it’s a higher quality product when compared to body sprays. However, some body sprays are good, but the main problem occurs when middle and high schoolers overspray them after gym class, which gives them a bad look.
Neither. If I smell the remedy is to take a shower. If I don’t already smell I don’t want to make myself smell on purpose.
Agreed. If random passers-by can smell you from fifteen feet away then you are doing something wrong, no matter what product you used. And expensive perfume is expensive for a reason.

I wear a cologne that I like a lot. It’s has a pretty light soapy smell that I like for everyday use. I have a stronger, spicier?, one that I use at night if I’m going out. I’ve never used a body spray, Axe hadn’t been invented when I was in high school. The “no smell” contingent are the same people who walk around Home Depot with their dogs.

False dichotomy! If I have to chose I’ll pick Cologne for the hilarity when people misspell it, but I use neither and would prefer the world to do the same.
I love perfume over cologne or body sprays. Just a dab will do ya. Tiny amount. Lasts all day. I carry a body spray that is the same as my perfume in case the smell of a place gets on me. I’m hypersensitive to the smell of a place and I don’t like carrying it around after I leave. Weird?, yep I’m crazy.
