Colorado Rockies TV Broadcasts simulcast with radio?

I’ve got a season subscription to MLB.TV. I’m watching the Fox Sports Rockie Mountains coverage of the Colorado Rockies and Washington Nationals. The tv broadcast seems to not have their own announcing crew, it is from a radio station KOA which has frequent interruptions for weather alerts. Is this normal for Rockies broadcasts? Or is this some weird hybrid of tv and radio thrown together for this game because of the postponed game last night?

I know some NHL games that don’t have tv coverage will combine footage from the arena cameras with a radio broadcast so it can be shown on NHL gamecenter.

The game this afternoon was not broadcast on Fox Rocky Mountain because it wasn’t scheduled originally (it is a makeup for last night’s rainout.) There were no TV broadcasters available. It might have been recorded for broadcast in Washington, or they may just have a policy of recording every game. Many Wednesday/Thursday afternoon games are not televised, either.
