Columbus OH Dopers: A smarter way to get to Toledo tomorrow than 23N?

I have a feeling 23N will be a mess, especially getting thru Cols/Delaware. Is there an alt route up that way that’s not ridiculous?

(I’ll be ending up just northwest of Toledo, but have always done the 23/15/75/475/23 route.)
