Comcast/Linksys and Yahoo Messenger Video: Incompatible?

We’ve successfully used Yahoo messenger with SBC/Linksys and wired cable (not Comcast), but we’ve been unable to get it to work with the Linksys gateway WCG200-CC at two different locations (my mom’s and now our new house). One comment I turned up on the Web says that they are simply compatible, and you can’t use the video/voice parts of Yahoo messenger with them. End of chat.

I’ve tried port forwarding per the suggestion on the Linksys help, but no dice. I wonder if Dopers have any other information on the subject. Thanks for your help.

Not a whole lot; here’s a list of ports that Yahoo messenger uses (which I assume you’ve already seen).

Does any part of Yahoo chat work at all?
What ports have you forwarded, and are they all the right number, type, location? (Ie, port 5100 public, 5100 private, TCP, to 192.168.1.2 or something?)
Does either PC have any extra firewall software turned on? (ie, Norton, Zone Alarm, Windows Firewall, etc?)
