Honestly, I’m pleasantly surprised that you responded rationally to my admittedly snarky post. Thank you. And I agree in part…it was the whole idealistic attitude thing that set my cynical side off there… 
Its my last day also, back to my lurking roots i shall go.
I happily paid my $5, even though I haven’t posted previously, to support a site that I get such enjoyment from.
I think I can speak for the Snippy Contingent, as I am one of them.
It’s not people leaving. If you can’t afford it, that sucks. If you don’t have a card, that sucks. If life won’t allow it, that sucks. If you just don’t want to, fine. You’ll be missed.
It’s the fuckers posting the melodramatic whines and pleas for martyrdom, the stomping off with their toys and going home, that make me snippy.
Yeah after much consideration I think i’ll be going too. This board has gotten too pit-ty even in the non-pit forums and the community seemed like it was fractured after teh fee model came up. So for the lst time, thanks for your helps and inspiration, I’ll be moving along now.

I don’t know about you guys (or if anyone will even bother reading his response through) but for those that do, I really enjoy this site. Sheesh, $4.95 isn’t a whole lot of money. Cigarettes cost more that what posting fees here do. Until I get kicked out, I’m stayin
