Inspired by this thread, “Comics that just aren’t funny” – http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=7147067&posted=1#post7147067 .
I think Foxtrot is excellent. Hagar the Horrible is often funny. So is Dilbert. Outland has its moments (but it is only a pale shadow of Bloom County).

I’ve always liked Pearls Before Swine. I also admit to liking “One Big Happy”, although I feel a little guilty for liking it.

Wow…that’s pretty bad for four frickin’ pages of the paper, eh?

Sheesh, so few? Here are the ones on the top tier of my funny meter, and I read a few others every day in addition:
Dilbert
I don’t know, maybe I’m just very easily amused.

Heh, that’s pretty much exactly what I said in the comics-hating thread.
Likes: Get Fuzzy, Pearls Before Swine, Zits, (sometimes) Drabble, Wizard of Id, (occasionally) Mother Goose and Grimm . Of comix I used to like, B.C. has become painful, Dilbert and Shoe have increasingly descended into schtick, and Doonesbury , while it continues to be at least interesting, hasn’t done anything laugh-out-loud funny in years. The current storyline with B.D. and his Post-traumatic Stress disorder is earnest and worthy, but lord, is it ever tedious.
Pretty much everything else I hate, hate, hate.

I recently got hooked on Pearls Before Swine.
And I’ll vote for the newcomer InkPen. obscure Jack Kirby references gets a vote from me.

That’s a good strip. Like the recent arc where Captain Victorious and Mr. Negato lost their powers.
