Communication Training Proposals Gone Wild!

A little schadenfreude for the PhD who wrote this sentence in a proposal to train one of my co-workers how to communicate better:

Just to save you the trouble, I’ll point out THREE errors in usage in that sentence:

“have not [had a] problem”, “well-thought [out]” and “straight forward” [straightforward, all one word].

Later in the proposal, the PhD adds:

I have seen my co-worker, and I assure you she is quite realistic – I can hardly tell the difference between her and a real person. I don’t know if she’s transferable into her work setting, though, unless one counts commuting.
