so clearly not the worst way.
Although a somewhat different situation I bought the 5 DVD Band of Brothers and had two number 1 and no number 5. I took it back to circuit city and no problem, they exchanged it. I am sure this happens occasionally, it would be interesting to know how many people claim it vs. its true prevelance.
