If we take the OP’s overall point as “The West’s conduct in foreign affairs has not exactly covered itself in humanitarian glory during the last 50-ish years, nor, based on recent events, is it getting much better.” then I think the guy has a decent point. I also think most of us would agree that he has a decent point.

But it’s not JUST gibberish. With the addition of the Hopalong Cassidy and Champion the Wonder Horse references, I humbly submit this is an example of authentic frontier gibberish.
