Hmmmm, actually I doubt he’s an idiot. His sense of humor seems to be a lot like Tom Green. Which is that he will feign ignorance or do something geared towards getting a rise out of others and then wait and see how long it is before they get the joke.
It’s a form of absurdist humor that can be enjoyable (once you figure out the joke, of course).
