I would like to add my congratulations as well. Senator Obama has done a lot for people and it is good to see so many new people getting involved in the political process.
Congratulations from the frozen north–even if Obama doesn’t become President, this is historic. I know I’ll be rooting for him every step of the way.

I have been an Obama fan from the beginning of this primary season, and am truly happy he kept to his word and ran a decent and fair campaign - and obviously also happy he won.
One interesting side note: my older brother, a staunch Republican from Arizona, simply hates McCain, but told me recently that he has more respect for Obama after this campaign than any of the other candidates that were running from either party. I don’t know if he will actually vote for Obama, but if he doesn’t, he will at least NOT go vote for McCain and just sit out this election.
Just one more reason for me to vote for him.
I think he’s an impressive, classy, and inspiring guy.
