Coastal Carolina has won the College World Series in their first year they’ve made it that far. They beat Arizona, 2 games 1, in the 3-year playoff final.
Yay for the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers!!! My friend Katie lives near there and she’s been rooting for them and updating FB throughout. I’m very happy with the outcome, mostly for her because she’s just so damn happy.
Whoops, I meant three game playoff, not three year playoff. 
Was cool seeing a team that isn’t known nationally as being a top sports program win it all. They showed 'em how it’s done.
And people complain that 3 HOURS is too long for a game…
