I’m not saying you’re wrong, but it seems odd that a state official would be charged with enforcing a ruling under the Federal constitution. I realize in most states, the SoS is in charge of elections, and the easiest way for her to not be in Congress any more is to not put her on the ballot. Still seems odd.
Does anyone know if these can be used as evidence against her, or did they come out too late to be entered as evidence?

States are responsible for determining whether candidates are eligible for office. A state’s determination can be challenged in federal court assuming there is a plaintiff with standing. That’s why there were so many Birther lawsuits - the challengers were trying to get Obama removed from the ballot on a state-by-state basis (and failed, of course).
