I would think he has an almost slam dunk case for slander (ETA - tweets, so I guess libel). Along with perhaps some form of terroristic threat charge, since it is fairly obvious that she was intentionally stirring up people she knew could be violent.
At least the MAGAt protest to the story time was a bust with a dozen or so showing up to protest the Drag Queen Story Time, all of them leaving before the actual story time and, no surprise,

Why is drag queen story hour a thing recently? Or has it been around for a while? I think it’s a cute idea, personally, but I’ve never heard of it until the last few months.
Looks like it launched in 2015. Back then, Republicans were all about demonizing the president, Hillary Clinton, and immigrants. Now, they are going after LGBTQ+ folks as groomers or some bullshit.

What, she’ll actually have to do a JOB? I could see her as the Chair of Spouting Conspiracy Theories, or head of Homeland Department of Inane Tweets.
Whatever post she was put it would already come with its own huge bureaucracy to do all the work while she just has to look pretty.

Remember her participation in the Jan 6 “planning sessions”? I hope someone in on those sessions flips hard and tells all. I’d love to hear what substantive input that moron could possibly have made. Besides encouragement, I can’t imagine her contributing anything.
Spouting conspiracy theories and making inane tweets is what appeals to the base and particularly to TFG. She gets the “libs” whipped up and gets attention. McCarthy knows that and the GOP leadership see that as a feature, not a bug.
