A post from a “Kimmie” in a thread from a Wytheville website indicated that the Airman died from a self-inflicted gunshot. Supposedly, his funeral is tomorrow(Monday). I can’t find the link right now, but that was her post. I’m sure it will come out next week.
Of course, the conspiracists will all say he was murdered and it was covered up to make it look like suicide.

I was stationed at Minot, AFB from 2000-2003. Been there, done that. Seen and touched the nukes, and the EOD flight is the one that turned me onto the Bomb Squad. I know the folks that are still there, so let me read the thread. . . and I’ll get back to ya. . .
