I just put in my last pair of contacts today. Well, last contact for one eye, I somehow have three left for the other. So I’m going to try to get in to the optometrist and get a refill today.
Currerntly I’m using O2 Optix, which used to be Focus Night & Day. I really like that you can sleep in them, but I realized I haven’t done that in about two years so it’s probably time to find something that’s not nearly as expensive and a bit more comfortable. Honestly, these are a bit annoying to wear.
Before these I used Acuvue 2 which I was always happy with and still recommend to people, but before going out I took a look at their website and they now have Acuvue 2, Advance and Oasys.
The Oasys ones are made with Hydraclear which is the same as my O2 Optix so I’m not sure if those are going to be uncomfortable as well.
Eitherway, anyone have any recommendations on any of these, or anything else for that matter?
I’m sure they’ll give me a trial pair to wear, but since I just put a new pair in now, I’m not going to just toss them, so it’ll be a few weeks before I put them in. The problem is that I don’t like not having another set ready to go if something happens to the ones in my eyes.
