What was the first lawsuit involving the world wide web? Who were the litigants, and what was the issue? (In brief, I’m asking for the brief, -excuse the pun.)
I ask, “world wide web”, because the “Internet” encompasses many other things besides websites. That is, the Internet has been around much longer than the WWW. Right?
