Yeah, this was the incident where they banned food trucks because the cops shot people lining up at a food truck.
Arkansas state police are “investigating” the video of three cops beating a black man and slamming his head into the pavement.
They ordered the civilian filming them to stop filming. The video makes it look as if she did. She shouldn’t have*; it’s her constitutional right in all 50 states to film police. *Of course, when roided up cops are whooping someone’s ass, it’s probably best to keep a distance for your own safety. But still.
Two of the cops have been suspended and one is on administrative leave.

Not that it’s relevant, by the way, but almost no “firearms” involve fire. The only true “firearm” I can think of is a potato gun, or maybe some kinds of rocket launcher. Gunpowder is a self-contained chemical reaction; it doesn’t need oxygen to react with.
Fire is defined as a rapid oxidation process that releases heat and light. By definition, an oxidizer is involved, although it need not come from the atmosphere. In the case of gunpowder, it includes its own oxidizing component. Smokeless powder is understood to combust, releasing light in the process. Yep, it’s a fire.
Any weapon that uses an oxidizing chemical reaction to propel a projectile can reasonably be described as a firearm (though the exact legal definition may vary).

Without pay - that’s the strictest immediate discipline we’ve seen.
I imagine a police officer cannot be immediately fired, due to various union agreements, appeals processes, and so on, so suspended without pay (and then, hopefully, later fired) may be the best that can be done.

Either they were looking for the Colt 45 and two Zig-Zags that he confessed to having in his possession, or the police chief is the brother of the leader of the Ku Klux Klan and is trying to get back at Afroman for shtupping his niece. Jeez, man, your brother already beat the shit out of him. Leave the poor man alone.
