According to his boss, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar, he attacked a woman early Monday.
“He knocked her to ground and kicked her in the face,” Salazar said, adding the woman was then ‘covered in blood.’
Garza then allegedly forced the clothes off the woman to clean up the blood evidence. However, the victim was able to run away to a neighbor, who called police.
This isn’t Garza’s first time in trouble at work. According to Salazar, he was suspended for inappropriate force on an inmate in 2013 and lied on a polygraph test.
He had the knife in his hand on the other side of the vehicle. Why do you think the cops wrestling with him at the time, decided to jump away from him? Go watch the video again.
Fuck that rapist, and I only regret the cops didn’t kill him when they shot him. Yay, Wisconsin for having their state AG take over the investigation damned near immediately, and neglect to point out either Blake’s prior criminal record, or that he was armed. Maybe if they had, Kenosha might not have burned.
Protesters mob the US Capitol building to disrupt the electoral vote count. Police watch, allow them inside, evacuate Congress and let them roam the chambers.
The title is misleading. He doesn’t avoid prison, he avoids consequences.
He doesn’t get a slap on the wrist. The slap was suspended. If gets into trouble within the next three years…THEN he gets a slap on the wrist.
