# Off-duty deputy arrested for 2nd time after kicking woman in face, trying to cover it up

According to his boss, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar, he attacked a woman early Monday.

“He knocked her to ground and kicked her in the face,” Salazar said, adding the woman was then ‘covered in blood.’

Garza then allegedly forced the clothes off the woman to clean up the blood evidence. However, the victim was able to run away to a neighbor, who called police.

This isn’t Garza’s first time in trouble at work. According to Salazar, he was suspended for inappropriate force on an inmate in 2013 and lied on a polygraph test.

San Antonio’s Finest!

Coming to a police department near you soon!

Columbus police officer Adam Coy has been fired:

Another (sadder) update from Ohio:

Louisville will be firing the p– officer who obtained the no-knock warrant and the one who killed Breonna Taylor (fired the fatal shot).

Turns out is possible to shoot someone seven times in the back in self defense.

And it is possible to threaten someone with a knife when you have your back to them.

He had the knife in his hand on the other side of the vehicle. Why do you think the cops wrestling with him at the time, decided to jump away from him? Go watch the video again.

Fuck that rapist, and I only regret the cops didn’t kill him when they shot him. Yay, Wisconsin for having their state AG take over the investigation damned near immediately, and neglect to point out either Blake’s prior criminal record, or that he was armed. Maybe if they had, Kenosha might not have burned.

'Cause that puts a legal ‘shoot me’ target on your back!

Yay for bloodthirst!

…fake news.

My, you are a hateful little fuck, aren’t you?

Hopefully these officers won’t see this as a punishment but as an opportunity to find something new.

Protesters mob the US Capitol building to disrupt the electoral vote count. Police watch, allow them inside, evacuate Congress and let them roam the chambers.

White Wing Privilege

I wonder what would have happened if the protesters had been black.

There would be tear gas, baton strikes, a dozen bodies laying in the street…

If you are black and move a car in the general direction of a cop, he is justified in killing you.

But if you are white a drive car admittedly deliberately into BLM protestor’s, that’s OK.

White man who drove into Iowa protesters avoids prison

The title is misleading. He doesn’t avoid prison, he avoids consequences.
He doesn’t get a slap on the wrist. The slap was suspended. If gets into trouble within the next three years…THEN he gets a slap on the wrist.

Perhaps this belongs in another thread

That really pissed me off because not only could my daughter or her roommate been in that protest but the guy drove away and came back.

And tonight I was reminded of this video What Really Happened at Standing Rock | I Was There - YouTube
compared to what I watched Live as it happened in our Capitol.
