Thanks for the explanation. You’ve seemed a generally decent sort; that post seemed unreasonably harsh. Glad to know it was simple negligence and not purposeful maliciousness; there’s enough of that coming from the cops in this thread.

Because of video, this encounter isn’t that controversial. Hard to believe that cop, even after the insane man shoots him, shoots a cop in the heart, the cop is still trying to not have to kill the perp.

It’s shame cops aren’t allowed to shoot you anywhere but the center of mass. That crazy dude could have been saved, with few rounds to the legs.
