Okay, I just pulled the second sheet out–on speculation from quiltguy’s post, I moved them up to the top of the oven for the last few minutes, and they appear to be more cooked in the middle than the last ones. Can I put the first batch back in the oven, or will that totally destroy them, since they’ve already cooled for ten minutes or so?
Another airbake-sheet recommendation. I occasionally make heart-shaped cookies (as raspberry-jam thumbprints; they’re good for Valentine’s Day parties), and haven’t noticed any special spreading out with them. And they’re great for not burning the bottom of cookies.
