I’ve made a double recipe of this:

It’s been cooking for 30 minutes so far on 200C (400F)…
The cheese on the top is half brown already and I stuck a knife in it and the inside is quite watery…
I’ve turned it down to 180C (350C)… what can I do to make sure it all goes solid without the cheese getting burnt…?
BTW I don’t think it was fully preheated to 400F when it was first put in… Thanks…
