Cooking lesson learned! Cooked pasta noodles put in a sealed bag in the fridge go bad in few days.

Cooked a bunch of delicious thick rotini noodles and put them in bag in the fridge (not the freezer). Used a few on the 2nd and third day and they were OK. Now at a week they looked and smelled OK (did not taste them) so I threw into a salad then blended them with other ingredients and tossed it. They went from being, firm delicious noodles to these easily shredded, waxy, pasty … awful things. I spent 20 tedious minutes picking them (now in pieces) back out of the salad.

Live and learn. Cooked pasta needs to be used fairly quickly.
