I opened a package of fresh pasta about a week and a half ago. Now it’s hard like normal pasta. I can still eat it right? It seems the same as dried pasta like you’d normally get.
Sice it was refrigerated and you don’t mention mold, I would expect no problem. They make hard pasta using fresh pasta dough and letting it dry before packaging. The fresh pasta is made with fresh pasta dough and packaged before it can dry out, so it needs refrigeration.
