A Chevy Silverado pick-up truck had its body removed and replaced with sculpted ice for a Canadian Tire ad [documentary linked] for their Eliminator battery. They froze the battery to -40º and used it in the ice-truck.
I like the pine tree-shaped ‘air freshener’ made of ice that hangs from the rear-view mirror. Nice touch. Good video called ‘Melt’ in the first link.
