I think we have a winner.
(Scroll down and view the video about a quarter of the way down the page under the big picture). It’s all windpowered, too.
Lot’s more of Theo Jansen’s creations here.

I WANT ONE!
Nice, but The Falkirk Wheel is still top of my list.
I am partial to this so-called Hypnodisk.
Ah feel like I been hip-mo-tized.
The next time you hear a bell you’ll say “Hey, I hear a bell”.
I’ve always been fond of one of Krupp’s bucket-wheel excavators.
Yeah, I’ve seen a picture of them before. Still, I didn’t realise how huge they were. Look at the size of the people in the middle distance for comparison! Where are these things actually used? I could never imagine one of those being used in the UK, it would probably excavate the whole country in a few seconds
It’s used in somewhere in Germany, possably in a place called Garzweiler. (I’m having a hard time finding where that is, exactly)
Well, it once existed, but you’re “too late, my son.”–John Prine
How irresponsible. What if it were to become self-aware??
What, exactly, is a rotating boat lift?

None of these can hold a candle to a 1966 GTO convertible. Take a look:

Ride down the street in that and you’re the epitome of cool and sexy.
The very cool history of the Monowheel.
I want that thing for Christmas.
Which thing?
One of THESE?
It replaces a lock. The boats are lowered from one canal to the other in a rotating fashion.
Monowheel, schmonowheel. Check out these high-speed bikes. . One of them set the human-powered land speed records at 80 mph. Another one maintained 55 mph for an hour. And they all look cool as hell.
I like the machine that added stars to the non-star bellied sneeches.
I think the machine that removed the stars sucked big time.
