I’m Not A Lawyer in the US, but my understanding is that merely shown the breasts of a girl under 18 does not, prima facie, count as kiddie porn (something to do with Girls Gone Wild getting suied, IIRC). Besides, the girl in the first video has her breasts censored out, and the point of the video is not to get off on it, but to laugh at the humour inherent in having one’s parents catch them doing something awkward and not only not caring, but dancing along in the background…
Even if it would not qualify as kiddie porn, I wouldn’t allow that link on my board. I have no way of knowing if she is underage or not, but in my opinion it’s close enough to err on the side of caution. Not my call to make, but I did report the thread so a mod can make the call.

I’ll second the “it looks staged” comment. The quality is too good, in my opinion. She didn’t have many reasons to put on headphones, but she had several not to (especially with parents home). However, she did put them on, setting up a “surprise” entrance by mom.
